Marshchapel Arts currently has fourteen Trustees who manage the major events and ensure that the Constitutional Aims of the organization are being met-namely ''to provide as broad a range as possible of cultural. informative and educative benefits to the public''

Most of the Marshchapel Arts events are held in St Mary's Church, a medieval treasure that in terms of its size as well as its acoustic and architectural properties is well capable of accommodating musical and visual arts activities.
